Who we are. Luxury Bubbles is operated by [exact LLC name as filed on Sunbiz], a Florida limited liability company. Contact: joaquin@luxurybubblesfl.com.
What we collect on the reservation form. Name, email, phone, ZIP code, vehicle year/make/model, the service you're interested in and how often, your contact and text-message choices (with the wording you agreed to and when), the page you came from (including campaign tags such as utm_source in the link you used), and when you submitted.
After launch, when you book a service, we also collect your service address, booking and payment details (handled by our payment processor, see below), and access notes. We take photos of your vehicle before and after service. They may show your license plate or the area around your vehicle. We use them for service records, quality checks, and resolving disputes. We don't post them publicly without your permission, and our detailers agree to the same rule.
Why. To hold your founding spot, contact you about launch and your reservation, provide and confirm services you book, see which posts and links bring people to our site, and keep records we need for taxes, accounting, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.
Text messages.
- Reservation and launch texts, which may include offers, come from Luxury Bubbles only if you tick the optional text box on our form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Texts about a booking you make. After launch, when you book a service, we'll text the number you give us about that booking (for example, confirmation, reminder, "on my way," and "service finished"). These texts are about your appointment, not marketing, and we don't include offers in them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop all texts from us; we'll send one text confirming you're opted out, and then reach you about your booking by email or by a call from our team instead. Reply HELP for help. You can also opt out by telling us any other reasonable way, such as by email.
- We do not sell or share your phone number or text-consent information with third parties for their marketing.
Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (for example, pages viewed, the link or campaign that brought you here, and whether a reservation was submitted). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, and Google processes it on our behalf. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. We have turned off Google Analytics' advertising features and data-sharing settings, and we do not use advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) on this site. Our hosting provider may also process technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver and secure the site. Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals; you can use the opt-out options above.
Who we share it with. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own advertising. We use service providers to run the business: Google (Sheets and email, where reservations are stored, and Google Analytics, described above); Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding); and, after launch, BookingKoala (booking), Stripe (payments), and our business phone and text providers. The independent detailer assigned to your booking receives what's needed to perform the service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Payments. No payment is taken on this page. After launch, cards are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers.
How long we keep it. We keep reservation information until 12 months after launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner. If we decide not to launch, we delete reservation information within 90 days of that decision. If you become a customer, we keep your booking records, service terms, invoices, messages, and before/after photos for 5 years after your last service, because we may need them to resolve questions or claims about our work. We keep tax and payment records as long as tax law requires. Even after we delete your other information, we keep a short record of your contact preferences (for example, that you opted out of texts, or when and how you agreed to receive them) so we can honor your choices and show we did; we keep proof of text consent for 4 years after the last text we send you. If you ask us to delete information we still need for one of these reasons, we'll delete what we can and tell you what we have to keep.
Security. Access to reservation information is limited to the owner. After launch, the detailer assigned to your booking can see the details needed to do the job (such as your name, service address, vehicle and access notes). The accounts that store your information use two-factor authentication. No method of storage is perfectly secure.
Your choices.
- Texts: reply STOP at any time, or tell us any other reasonable way, such as by email.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link or reply "unsubscribe," or email joaquin@luxurybubblesfl.com. We honor email opt-outs within 10 business days.
- Phone calls: tell us during a call, or email us, and we'll stop marketing calls. We may still call about a service you've booked.
- Access, correction, deletion: email joaquin@luxurybubblesfl.com to see or correct your information, or to ask us to delete it. We'll delete it except for what we must keep for the reasons described in "How long we keep it."
Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes. If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we'll tell you before it applies.
